Its music can be an inspiration or sometimes it is just noise.Having the most extravagant, expensive guitar one that is born to make amazing music will produce nothing but noise if it is not properly tuned. Our lives are the same way. To bring out the music in us. we need to spend time tuning. To be a high performing leader takes the fine tuning.
